LED Compatibility
Your Jeep YJ will require an LED-compatible flasher relay with a ground wire for proper turn signal operation.
Our test vehicle currently runs:
• Hard Mount Off Road LED turn signals
• LED front fender marker lights
• Factory incandescent rear tail lights
• LED-compatible flasher relays under the driver-side dashboard
For best results, we also recommend inspecting and cleaning all lighting-related ground connections. Poor grounds are a common cause of dim lights, hyperflash, intermittent operation, and other electrical issues on older YJs.
Vehicle wiring configurations vary, and additional modifications may be required depending on your Jeep's current lighting setup and previous electrical modifications.
