Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Since many of our products are made to order, processing times may vary slightly depending on demand.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information. Shipping times will vary based on your location and the carrier.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
We are also not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed off, but we will do our best to assist if any issues arise.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hardmountoffroad@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and product so we can review and make it right.
