Returns & Exchanges Policy

At this time, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final.

That said, we stand behind what we build and sell. If your item has a defect within 30 days of purchase, please reach out to us at hardmountoffroad@gmail.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

Please note that these are 3D-printed products. Minor imperfections may be present and are a normal part of the process. These will not affect the strength, quality, or overall appearance of the product. We ask for a reasonable level of tolerance and understanding.

We’re currently building this business from the ground up—working out of a garage after hours—because we believe in the product and know you guys and gals will too. As we grow, we plan to evolve this policy into something more flexible and customer-friendly.

Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll work with you to resolve it.
